Nils Bühler – Blog
On this blog, I share news and experiences from my work. The blog serves three interests. Firstly, I report on news about my research, publications, talks, or projects. Secondly, I write about effective knowledge management for researchers—workflows, tools, or strategies. And lastly, I report on my experiences with using Free and Open Source Software as a humanities researcher.

Talk at the GfM annual gathering 2025
From 16 to 19 September 2025, the Annual Conference of the Society for Media Studies took place in Paderborn. In the panel of the AG Games, which was moderated by Jana Hecktor, I had the opportunity to present alongside Franziska Ascher, Theresa Krampe and Sebastian R. Richter on the (wonderfully named) main topic 'Das hat ein Nachspiel! Computerspiele im soziokulturellen Kontext‘. The panel gave me the opportunity to briefly present my dissertation. Thank you very much for the numerous responses!
